Daniel McAleer

Hi, 

My name is Dan. I have been working as a Care Aide for around 12 years or so. 

I did my training back home in Ireland and in this role I worked in a wide range of settings within the Healthcare system. As an agency Care Aide I was sent where I was needed, ranging from facilities that cater to:

Care of the Elderly, Individuals with developmenal issues, Palliative Care and more so I believe that has made me well rounded and versatile in this field.

Since moving to Prince George from Ireland in 2019 I have worked at AimHi, Brain Injured Group, and currently I am working in a casual role doing Home Support for Northern Health. I am now pursuing a full time working position. 

I would look forward to meeting with any potential employers to discuss my qualifications further.

In 2020 I had my Irish Care Aide qualification converted to BC standards. For this I had to undergo a assessment with the Care Aide registry.
