About Danil Turkov:
As a Psychology student with a diverse set of experiences, I have a wide skill set that is evident in my work. Having a 2-year background in creative fields and closely working with people with learning differences, I like to grasp a wide range of knowledge and apply it in all fields of my work.
Working as a Research Assistant and Freelance Illustrator, working on up to 4 projects at once, I developed independence in my work and great time-management skills. It also taught me creative problem-solving, which I was able to apply in other positions by thinking outside the box and bringing innovative thinking into the company.
As a Behavioral Interventionist and Mentor, I work with people with autism spectrum disorder, create detailed reports, and enter data after each session. Using my delicacy, empathy, and communication skills, I am able to find an approach to a variety of individuals and foster connection.
In addition to that, I’m also able to multitask and provide excellent customer service, which was evident in my job as an Assistant Manager. Being able to coordinate groups of up to 40 people each hour, making reservations, taking payments, and answering customers' questions while managing up to 5 employees showed excellent ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
I strive for challenging environments that require problem-solving, creativity, and fostering meaningful relationships with people. I’m able to work efficiently, both collaboratively and independently, in a time-sensitive environment.
