I’m a dedicated, creative, and people-oriented sales associate who effectively assists customers in making desirable purchases, taking into account their specific needs and requirements and providing diverse and accurate information about brands, their products, promotions, and services. 

During my previous roles in apparel and cosmetic retail shops, I provided friendly and welcoming customer service by building effective communication with clients, which resulted in increased customer satisfaction.
