About Darla Bello:

I’m writing to apply for the Senior Customer Engagement Specialist. I have almost 8 years of experience and I am confident that my skills, experience, and knowledge would be an asset to your team, and I’m excited about the opportunity to expand my knowledge and career path.

As you probably know, Customer Engagement Specialist are responsible for ensuring the specialist will act as a critical bridge between the client and all internal/external parties involved in the complete fulfillment process i.e., all information, documents provided to clients meet the company’s standards and are organized properly. 

Presently I’m working in a similar role with TD Bank, where I am responsible for completing assessments, improve process design, identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement and develop effective roadmaps to achieve strategic priorities for clients. Also, I communicate with internal contacts (underwriters, managers, administrators and mortgage sales staff) and external contacts (clients and lawyers) to ensure deals are processed in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet deadlines. I am comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information and am highly proficient in the use of an Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), ServiceNow, O356, MS Office (mainly MS Word and Excel). As you can also see from my attached CV, I have experience in monitoring departmental KPI’s to ensure that the Customer/Account Service Representative team meets goals and shows continuous improvement.

In addition to all the above I have led, coached, developed and supervised the work of junior level Customer Support Specialists whereby making sure that we build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as participating in personal performance development.

Experience

Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to provide top notch customer express to various clients in various fields and walks of life.

An overview of my professional experience so far narrows down from been in the consulting field as a Human Resource personnel providing Employee relations advise to clients, contractors, stakeholder of the organization.

Further more,  with more interest in the customer engagement role, I have had extensive experience as a Call Collection agent ( inbound and Outbound calls), 

I also worked in TD bank as a Partner Banking Specialist, Communication Service Representative and most recently as a Business Banking Specialist  where I had the opportunity to work with different clients, Lawyers, stakeholder with regards to funding of Heloc deal, Mortgage deals, LOC etc. Collaborate on customer experience improvement areas with team members and customers to improve established practices and policies.

Education

BS Tech and I have also obtain various Certification like PMP, CISA
