During my tenure as a Senior Production Manager at Sunrise Poultry Processors/Dunn-Rite Food Products, I honed my skills in operational leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. I led efforts to prioritize workplace safety, ensure product quality, and meet customer demands by packaging products per specifications. My ability to analyze yields, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives resulted in increased efficiency and reduced costs, aligning with the company’s goals of optimized production and cost-effective manufacturing. One of my key strengths is my proven track record in cross-functional collaboration. I have a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Human Resources. I believe this skill will be invaluable in ensuring alignment with business plans and organizational strategy, as outlined in the job description. Furthermore, my experience in problem-solving and regulatory compliance makes me well-equipped to excel in the Production Manager role at Tank Traders. Started as a part time employee in a Dairy/Culture facility in 1992 to the Plant Manager Position in 2013.  My dealings with a diverse group of individuals in many different food manufacturing processes and increasing efficiencies in all facilities and reduce costs through many initiatives including team members from many different departments. 

Education: Completed coursework in Financial Accounting 1&2, Human Resources Management, Business Communications, and Business Mathematics at Red River College and Grant McEwen University.

Seminars: Attended seminars on HACCP, Ecolab Quality & Sanitation, Ice Cream Technology, BRC/SQF Certification, and Lean Manufacturing to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
