After a 25 year long career at Rogers Communications I chose to accept a Voluntary Departure Program offer as such an offer came at an opportune time in my life. My time at Rogers was both joyful and challenging and opportunities for achievements were many and truly fulfilling. After Spending so long a time in the Telecom Industry, I felt It was time for change and the VDP allowed me to make such a change. I have much experience in Customer Care, Escalation Management and De-Escalation, Training and Asset Development, as well as great communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English I have consistently achieved and exceeded the objectives tasked to me throughout my 25 year career I have won several Prizes including the Rogers President Award Starting over in a different Industry is a Challenge i want to bring my abilities to.
