I am a passionate and dedicated Pastor with over 23 years of experience in Children, Youth, and Seniors’ ministry, as well as a skilled Audio Technician with more than 10 years’ experience in sound reproduction and equipment management. 

I am skilled in fostering spiritual growth through impactful evangelism, discipleship, and mentorship initiatives. A proven leader with strong community-building abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach, and experienced in volunteer recruitment, program development, grant writing, and multimedia production. I am committed to compassionate outreach and creating inclusive environments that welcome diverse backgrounds. 

I successfully manage and thrive with ADHD, leveraging resilience, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving to engage dynamically with diverse groups and lead impactful programs.

• Led and developed over 30 activity and spiritual care programs for 300+ active senior citizens in a retirement setting, enhancing community engagement and wellbeing.
• Recruited, trained, managed, and maintained 90 resident volunteers to support weekly programs and special events.
• Successfully secured a $25,000 grant for special projects; this, in addition to biannual fundraising netting over $20,000 yearly for programs and activities, demonstrates grant writing and fundraising expertise.
• Developed innovative youth curriculum that improved youth engagement and learning outcomes.
• Established multi-church youth and young adult fellowships through collaborative efforts, fostering community, unity, and expanded ministry reach.
• Coordinated outreach strategies that increased participation in community activities, improving resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Led Vacation Bible School (VBS) and Alpha programs, providing leadership training to volunteers with the aim of ministering to underprivileged youth.
