As a dynamic and ambitious Communications and Public Relations Co-op student with a passion for

creative expression, I am seeking an internship in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations to

advance my career in these fields. With my entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated drive, I have

developed a strong presence within the Kamloops media landscape as the host of the weekly show

'Downtime with Dev' on CFBX 92.5 FM. I am also an accomplished Freelance Photographer, leveraging

my multilingual (English, Hindi and Assamese) skills to continuously seek new opportunities for growth.

successfully engages audiences, typically reporting on music industry news.

• Interviewing artists and producing one-hour syndicated programming for the Canadian

Talent Showcases by editing artist audio interviews in Audacity.

• Ensuring compliance with CRTC regulations and industry standards while selecting music.

• Fact-check all information on weekly live radio show to prevent any errors that could harm

the station's reputation.

• Managing the official social media page for the station, innovated posts by creating visually

engaging content to increase audience engagement.

• Delivering Public Service Announcements (PSA), pivoting quickly to rewrite scripts and

prioritize key safety information for audience.

• Organizing the music library by shelf-reading which helps others find the music they need

and makes me more resourceful about the albums present.

• Utilizing Microsoft Suite to maintain the digital media database of over 10,000 albums,

ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Promoted The Record Fair 2022, CFBX's biggest campaign of the year. Successfully sold over

25 classic records during the campaign.
