I have a BSc.degree in Physics and an MEng.degree in Mechanical Engineering and I am interested in the Facility Process Engineering Specialist position where I can use my theoretical & technical knowledges, and experiences and also continue improve my technical and personal developments.
Experience
- Assisted the Engineers with design for assembly and manufacturing development projects as assigned.
- Helped the Engineers identify possible failures in the design, manufacturing, or assembly process.

- Conducted suppliers' visits to support quality improvement.
- Checked the FAIs and ensured correction from suppliers or engineers if needed.
- Managed the suppliers through ECO and deviation.
- Managed and solved incoming and in-process part rejections.
- Quickly reacted to solve the issues that affect product quality.
- Managed the EOL tracker on a daily basis, and demonstrated communication btw related departments management and suppliers.
- Collaborated with compliance, design engineering, and other supporting teams to resolve any and all production-related issues.
- Designed jigs for Optical experiments using SolidWorks.
- Performed characterization and analysis of the Thermal Oven.
- Worked with vendors to find the right products at low cost to make the optical jigs.
- Designed shadow boards for EMI and Environmental labs using SolidWorks.
- Entered and set up all equipment in the Fluke Calibration Software to ensure accurate tracking.
