With over 10+ years in the IT sector, have led numerous end to end implementations of MS Dynamics 365 CRM for Fortune 500 clients, driving digital transformations in the automotive and BFSI sectors. Managed RFP’s, conducted discussions with C level executives, budgeting project, resource management, detailing project plans, handled changes management, assessed regulatory and security challenges. Experienced in Agile methodologies for successful project deliveries(Projects worth $10k to $10M). Experience

• Managed enterprise-level digital transformation projects, migrating from Salesforce CRM to MS Dynamics 365 Cloud CRM

 • Managing software development teams for this large scale project which included multiple end to implementations in APAC Regions.

 • The scope of these implementations included Data migrations using Azure Data Lake for analytics, data modelling, ETL processes, Sales, Case Management and Marketing module of MS Dynamics CRM Customer engagement, Web portal for online sales, large scale integration of standard interfaces and customization.

 • Prepared detailed project plans and iterative delivery schedules using Confluence, JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel 

• Established effective project governance, managed MVP and change management using Agile methodologies

 • Utilized JIRA and Confluence for all scrum-related activities and backlog management • Estimated resources and participants required for timely delivery and ensured proper financial management 

 • Configured journey builder for multiple campaigns and integrated Marketing Cloud with Sales and eCommerce Cloud

 • Led Quality Assurance and SITs, gathering feedback and resolving issues to meet functional/technical requirements and collaborated with cybersecurity teams for vulnerability testing and risk management
