Hi, my name is Devika Lewis and I am currently working in the Financial Tech Industry as a Supervisor.  I have over 10 years of Customer Service experience gained in a call center environment while performing administrative and clerical duties in standard office practices and procedures. I have computer proficiency skills and can utilize all Windows and Internet applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel. I have excellent customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills. I possess a positive attitude, willingness, and desire to grow and learn. 

I have over 10 years of Customer Service experience gained in the call center field. I am currently working in the Financial Tech Industry as a Supervisor for almost 3 years now. I currently assist customers with complaints and questions and with information about our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
