I'm Dhruv Patel, a marketing coordinator with a knack for planning and executing successful marketing strategies. My experience spans across various industries, including hospitality, food, and entertainment.

Currently, I'm a Barista at Starbucks in Safeway by Sobeys, where I excel in customer service and manage various types of payments. I also prepare a wide range of beverages and handle product stocks.

Previously, I worked part-time as a Marketing Coordinator at Lit Entertainment. Here, I developed marketing plans, coordinated projects, analyzed marketing data, and managed social media and digital marketing for clients. I also created brand-aligned marketing materials and organized various events.

As an Operation Executive at Kwality Food Industry, I maintained statistical and financial records, supervised the production, sales, and retail team, and ensured the consistency of our product.

I also managed The Gourmet Lab (Cafe & Retail Store) by Riddhi Enterprise, where I trained staff, managed inventory, and ensured top-notch customer service. I also had the opportunity to design new products for the beverage section.

I've completed internships at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina and J W Marriott Marquis, where I honed my customer service skills, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety policies.

I'm currently pursuing an MBA at University Canada West, after earning a BBA in Hotel & Tourism Management. I also hold a certificate in Digital Marketing Fundamentals.
