As a scrum master experience I believe in transparency as one of the characteristics in a scrum team. Also in the company i worked with i coach scrum to the team; they did not have scrum in the company so I meet with the CEO and the CTO to explain scrum and how it works then they let me meet the Project manager and the developers to show and explain scrum. I was working as a coach, facilitator, and mentor.

With this experience I was working with the team to deliver usable increments to have a project for the costumers to use. The company now very strongly believe in Scrum, we use it to work as a strong team to complete work in a timely matter and efficiently.
