I'm a founder of a bakery and cafe back in my home country, India, by the name ‘Melted Cakery’. I hired and trained 2 front-of-house & 6 back-of-house employees for my café and bakery operations. I created and balanced budgets, established strategies to increase efficiency, and reached out to manufacturers & wholesalers, thus decreasing overhead costs. I also handled the social media page and gained followers organically, posted content and stories on regular basis.
