I already have three years of CSR experience, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Human resources and business management together; these will help me to understand HR and employment laws while efficiently and effectively understanding customer needs.
My biggest strengths are empathy and excellent communication skills. I actively listen to the customer and then talk him through how to solve his problem or what I'm doing to help him. I put myself in the customer's shoes and make sure I can understand their needs. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and have problem-solving skills. Furthermore, I am passionate about this field and eager to contribute to your team's success.
