I have been in positions with vast responsibilities with reputable companies, overlooking and managing a portfolio excessive of 3400 residential apartments and Commercial Space. With a B. Sc. (Hons) in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University (United Kingdom) and experience in both Property Management and Hospitality Management, I am well versed and experienced with the management of bigger teams consisting of more than 60 employees. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in reading financial data of assets, creating and adhering to Yearly Budget including Capex budget, maximizing profitability of the assets. 

My ability to present both hands on experience as well being able to comprehend the wider picture of a role would consent me to embark upon a wide range of tasks and complex situations. The demand for the dynamic personality of the profession is fairly balanced by my versatility, and my craving for progression. Furthermore, with more than thirteen years of experience in Property Management in Canada with CAPREIT, Greenwin Inc, Northview Apartment REIT, and MetCap, The Simple Investor Real Estate Group & SIREG Management Inc., and more than seven years of experience and background in Hospitality Industry in UK and India assists me to develop excellent customer service, relationship, managing large teams, maximize profitability, and deliver the utmost satisfactory service keeping our professional context intact.
