As a Human Resources Manager, I have specialized in the psychology of candidate selection processes. My experience includes working in recruitment companies and as HR Manager in three different organizations.

I have also conducted behavioral and competency-based interviews, designed assessments, and utilized psychometric tests to evaluate candidates and ensure the best possible fit for each role.
