I have extensive experience in financial administration and customer service, spanning over 20 years. My roles have included Accounts Receivable Administrator (Birch Mountain Enterprises LP), Accounts Payable Administrator, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer (Municipality of Neebing), and Accounting Associate (Fort McMurray Public School Division). I am adept at managing collections, processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and improving payment systems, with a proven track record of increasing efficiency and reducing outstanding receivables.

My background also includes experience as a Client Advisor at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, where I handled deposits, payments, client confidentiality, and cash management. In addition, I have worked in both the municipal/public and private sectors, contributed to process improvements, and maintained excellent relationships with customers and vendors.

I hold a Business Administration Certificate from Keyano College and have completed business accounting classes at Confederation College. My skills include organization, attention to detail, deadline management, software competency (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Maximo), and exemplary customer service. I have also been recognized for my volunteerism and leadership in local community organizations.
