Hello,

I'm a Level 1 autistic naturopathic doctor diagnosed with what was formerly called Asperger’s Syndrome. I practice as a health coach helping families experience greater wellness and healing through practical and applicable evidence based approaches. My lived experience deeply informs my clinical approach—I understand firsthand what it means to navigate the world differently. I specialize in supporting families with disabled loved ones, offering both compassion and clinically grounded care.

With a strong foundation in nutritional biochemistry, herbal medicine, and advanced medical-grade lab testing, I combine scientific insight with a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I also bring expertise in communication differences, helping families better understand the unique ways their loved ones process the world.

My goal is to empower families with the education, tools, and personalized strategies they need to support the well-being and autonomy of their neurodivergent or disabled family members.

I offer the following services:

• 1 day evaluations where I come to your home and evaluate your disabled love one as well as home environment and current skills in communication. This comes with personalized recommendations.
• 3 day evaluations: 3 day stay in your home to create comprehensive observational packet of information, directions, and protocols for healthier outcomes.
