Drew French

I bring over two decades of leadership in both Operations and Health, Safety (HSE) management, primarily through my tenure with DHL Supply Chain Canada, working with clients across multiple sectors. Since 2005, I have advanced through several roles, culminating in my current position of Safety & Risk Manager. My expertise includes developing and implementing HSE policies that align with both Canadian and US legislation, as demonstrated throughout my career with DHL Supply Chain Canada.

As Safety & Risk Manager at the IKEA Kleinberg Distribution Center, I spearheaded initiatives that consistently delivered impactful results. Highlights include achieving 1,012 consecutive days without a lost-time accident and earning DHL's President Safety Award for five consecutive years. 

My work experience began first in the air cargo industry and then moved into Transportation where I specializing in the transportation of air cargo. From there I moved into Supply Chain Management where I found my calling in the world of Health & Safety. My most recent position is Safety & Risk Manager for DHL Supply Chain where I have been employed for the past 20 years.
