Human Resources Stage - Mohawk Council of Kahnawake

Completed a 4-week stage following the completion of HRSS Program. I gained hands-on experience in Recruiting, Training & Development, Performance Management, and HR Administration. I participated in job interviews, prepped interview questions, updated job descriptions and employee files, and created SharePoint databases.
