Services offered
I am an educator, researcher, and research and evaluation specialist with over 15 years of experience in higher education, international research collaborations, and evidence-based program and policy evaluation. I hold a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Toronto, specializing in Comparative, International, and Development Education.
My work bridges academic research and applied policy. I have led and contributed to projects funded by SSHRC, KNAER, and other research bodies, developing evaluation frameworks, policy recommendations, and practical tools for universities, governments, and NGOs. I also bring extensive experience teaching courses in communication, educational policy, literature, and multicultural studies at leading Canadian and Turkish institutions.
As a published author and co-editor, my research covers topics such as gender and leadership, health literacy, curriculum reform, and education policy. I am skilled in qualitative and mixed-methods research and experienced with SPSS, NVivo, and evaluation design.
I have received fellowships, research grants, and conference awards, and regularly present at international conferences including CIES, CSSE, WCCES, and AERA. I remain actively involved in professional associations and editorial boards, supporting research that connects education, policy, health, and social development.
