I worked for almost 2.5 years at CEVA Logistics. I started there as a Warehouse Associate and worked in this position for 6 months, performing tasks such as unloading, picking, scanning, sorting goods, operating an electric pallet jack and forklift. Then, I moved to a Team Leader position and worked for almost 1.5 years supporting my team by coaching members and coordinating actions to ensure that operations were efficient and met the company’s quality requirements. After that, I worked for 6 months as an Operations Supervisor managing a team of over 50 employees by providing supervision and direction to them in a sortation center, monitoring operational progress and customer/employee relations to ensure that productivity levels were reached efficiently. Before that, I worked in my country for 7 years as a Mechanical Designer and Engineer. At this job, I collaborated with my team elaborating calculations and engineering studies, communicating with design and manufacturing teams on the manufacturing and installation parts' specifications, and assisting managers and directors in preparing calculations and analysis reports.

• Managed a team of over 50 employees by providing supervision and direction to them in a sortation center, monitored operational progress and customer/employee relations to meet customer goals and expectations.
• Oversaw staffing on the day-to-day warehouse’s operations, planned, organized, and scheduled associates, and provided feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to them.

• Unloaded, picked, lifted, scanned, sorted goods, packed pallets, and shipped materials to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Operated safely and efficiently carts, dollies, manual pump trucks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts to load, unload, and move large quantities of merchandise.
• Followed CEVA's policies and standardized work procedures (Quality Management and Safety & Compliance) to assure a high level of cleanliness and safety.
