Senior Professional in Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Management and Institutional Strengthening, with many years of experience in the implementation of multi-sectoral programs and projects funded by international donors (GIZ, World Bank, AFD, EU, CAFI). I specialized in the design and operationalization of participatory SERA (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) mechanisms, strategic planning, performance analysis and Results-Based Management (RBM). I support public cooperation institutions and technical partners in improving governance, transparency and the effectiveness of interventions.
