  • Monitors DISH Network's 5G network at the transport level and cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoots issues with Cisco routers and tracks resolutions through ticketing systems.
  • Analyzes network failures to maintain high availability (>99.5%).
  • Supports end-to-end monitoring and escalates complex issues.

  • Provides support for virtualized ORAN systems used in DISH's network.
  • Troubleshoots cloud, infrastructure, and ORAN related problems.
  • Escalates complex issues and documents resolutions.
  • Monitors network health, mentors junior technicians, and contributes to process improvement.

Network Operations Center Engineer (Akshaya Inc)

  • Provides Tier 1 support for DISH's 5G network.
  • Monitors network events and reports issues through ticketing systems.
