Elhadji Keba Ibn Abasse Toure

I am presently a first-year student at the Timmins branch of Hearst University,
where I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I am seeking part-time
employment opportunities in either the sales or IT fields. Over the past five years,
I have gained valuable experience as both a customer service manager and an IT
assistant. Strong leadership and communications skills are part of my workstyle,
as well as adaptability to fast-paced environments. I am enthusiastic about the
prospect of joining your team and contributing to your company objectives.

• Sales representative and IT assistance at Techno Exclusive Shop : I was responsible for selling mobile phones and computers as well as installing operating systems on our customers' laptops, solving technical problems with smartphones, and advising customers on the most appropriate equipment for their needs.
• Customer Service Specialist at Orange : I was responsible for selling telephone subscriptions for Orange Senegal, sorting out system problems on customers' phones and upgrading the department's computers.

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (University of Hearst).
