I have more than 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator where I used to work in a construction company which is Mouawad Edde from 2018 till 2021. This was my first job and I was highly motivated and dedicated to the company’s goals. The company is specialized in building projects, they handle them very personally, and respect the entire duration of the contract.I was assigned to work in Ashrafieh for a project named Urban Dreams. Located in one of Beirut’s largest urban regeneration zones, Urban Dreams is a mixed-use project that features one tower and three low-rise buildings totaling 105 units of combined residential units and offices representing approximately USD 100 Million. This project was a mix of residential and commercial buildings. It consists of four Blocks: Tower A and three low-rise buildings B, C&D with a separate entrance for each one of them.

I have also spent the past 2 years working with Modulo –specializing in Façade Construction, Engineering, and Consultancy related to the external building envelope and internal glazing Modulo is a multi-national company and a leader in the design and execution of façade engineering. It also combines façades experts with architectural engineering and contracting backgrounds, to address performance specification, detailing, and structural adequacy in steel, aluminum, and glass engineering as well as cost efficiency.I joined the company’s design department in Beirut in 2021 and worked as a technical facade engineer. 

I Graduated from Notre Dame University- Louaize in Beirut- Lebanon. I hold a degree of Bachelors in Civil Engineering. The university is ABET accredited and my degree is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from a Canadian University by WES: Reference Number 4634461IMM
