Experience
My previous experiences with different service sectors as an HR Manager; responsible for recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training; as a Customer Service/Office Assistant; my major roles were basically monitoring the operations of the company, ensuring the expectations of the customers are well met, bu addressing complaints, sorting orders, restocking products, and organizing quality team performance. My voluntary experiences focused on my passion to cater and show care to people; as a community support worker, and childcare service provider. Both experiences taught me resilience, attention to detail, loyalty, flexibility, leadership, team player, active listening, counseling, and empathy.
Education
I am currently enrolled in Seneca college for the Social service worker program, and it has been an exciting journey so far.
