About Elodie Agathe:

Living actually in Granby, I am from Mauririus Island, found in the Indian Ocean.

For the past 12 years, I have been working for the Centre de Chirurgie Esthétique de l’Océan Indien, a clinic specialized in Hair Grafting, Aesthetic Surgery and dental surgery.

I was at first a sales representative and customer service representative. Then after 4 years got promoted to assist the Manager in leading the team of sales, which was consisted of 5 members.

We were dealing with local and international customers, thus, in French and English.

Experience

Sales and customer service  representative for the 12 past years in an aesthetic surgery clinic.I was also in the marketing committee to plan the upcoming deals.

Part of the job, involved giving after sales customer services, and also basic administrative tasks.

I am used to the office pack (word, excel, etc.) and I’m also able to do follow-up about unpaid invoices.
