With extensive experience in networking and cybersecurity across investment firms, global banks, government agencies, and telecommunications. He partners with industry leaders, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge IT solutions, including Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and next-generation cybersecurity frameworks, throughout Hong Kong and beyond.

With a traceable history of delivering transformative projects for top-tier organizations, Elton has pioneered Hong Kong’s first SmartX HCI deployment for CITIC Telecom CPC, enabling a VMware alternative solution and forging a strategic partnership to expand business prospects. He has led a team of five engineers to implement the Hong Kong Housing Authority’s Domain Name System solutions, achieving compliance with ISO 27001 and Windows Server 2022 benchmarks, and driven hybrid cloud migration projects at HSBC, ensuring seamless data transfers with zero disruptions. His work with partners like Cloudflare, Zscaler, Thales, Fortinet, Imperva, and ZDNS has positioned organizations at the forefront of the $66.74 billion cybersecurity market.

Drawing from his role as a Technical Specialist (June 2024–April 2025) and prior experience as a Network Engineer (May 2023–May 2024), Elton brings deep expertise in networking (Cisco, Juniper, H3C), cybersecurity (FortiGate, PKI), and virtualization technologies. A Bachelor of Science (Hons) graduate in Cyber and Computer Security from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, he is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and holds advanced skills in leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. His contributions—including 99.9% uptime for HSBC’s global datacenters and scalable, energy-efficient HCI solutions—empower resource-constrained enterprises to achieve operational excellence and resilience in a dynamic digital landscape.
