I am a certified Project Manager and Change Management Practitioner experienced in Project Planning and Execution as well as Leadership with over 15years cross-continent progressive management experience. I am passionate about bringing to bear innovative and transformational projects and organizational change strategy execution experience honed over the last decade. My work experience and education channel insights for solving organizational challenges with today’s innovative ideas by aligning strategy with long-term purpose and organization capabilities.

My project management experience cuts across public and private sector, as well as through a diverse range of industries including (but not limited to):

• IT Project Management (Change Management): Financial Services Industry – Canada – planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring and reporting of IT Project including: system migration, regulatory modifications and disclosures to client services platforms, process transition, software decommissioning, new software integration and basic IT tools roll-out and migration projects after a merger.
• IT Project Management: Agile delivery of Website and Banking applications through Scrum Methodology.
• Facilities Project Management: Port Facilities Security Assessment and Project Management for both inshore and offshore facilities - for the installation of threat and vulnerability deterrent technology as well as architectural restructuring in accordance with International Ship and Port-facility Security code (ISPS)
• Utilities: Project management - 200mg/d Water Desalination and Reticulation Project in Lagos Nigeria, where I was responsible for coordinating technical partnership, expertise and collaborative team across North America, Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
• Health Care Product: Project Management: Developing, packaging and delivering rapid-test kits for HIV and Malaria for the West African Market space and managed relieve initiatives for rural communities. Project involved collaborating with expertise in Asia and Europe.
