Emma Outram

Hi there! My name is Emma and I am a recent graduate from UofT. I studied psychology and neuroscience during my Bachelor's degree and have a passion for mental health and wellbeing. I am skilled in administration and customer service, and love using my skills to help others. 

I am currently an Administrative Assistant at Levante Living, where I manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to keep things organized. I also schedule appointments, maintain records, and prepare documents with Microsoft Office. Most importantly, I prioritize and communicate information effectively to the appropriate staff, including healthcare professionals, maintenance staff and/or management.

Additionally, my experience as a Concierge Advisor at Aritzia and a Customer Service Representative at GoodLife Fitness has strengthened my multitasking, communication, and customer service skills in fast-paced environments. I am also well-versed in sales and client satisfaction.

I specialized in Psychology during my undergraduate degree, and also took several courses in neuroscience and statistics. I graduated from the University of Toronto with an honours Bachelor's of Science degree.
