I grew up in Toronto and just moved to Calgary in some days, most of my experience has been customer relationship role and I have developed a passion in helping people.

I have been a fraud analyst for almost a year and some months with Cibc and prior to that I have been working as a collection advisor and helping people to solve their financial difficulties which is why I’m very interested in this new opportunity as a Personal Insurance Advisor with Brokerlink, I have experience working with customers from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and I have developed a deep understanding of how to communicate effectively and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and to provide the best possible service to my customers, 

Over the past 5 years, I have worked for different organizations, where I have held my skills in active listening, conflict resolution and customer relationship management.

 During my free time, I love to cook, spend time with my family, go for a walk and I like to try new things.
