Erika Batinic-Régimbald

I'm currently 18 years old and studying leisure and event management. I consider myself a dynamic and fun-loving individual. I thrive in social settings and easily connect with others. I'm eager to explore new opportunities where I can not only contribute but also learn and grow alongside my colleagues.

I have gained experience working in various positions since starting college. For instance, I worked as an animator during the summer at l'Auberge du Lac Taureau. In this role, my tasks included organizing indoor and outdoor activities for guests such as yoga sessions, arts and crafts, providing instructions for paddleboarding and kayaking, cooking bannock bread over a campfire, hosting archery sessions, and managing reservations and payments. Additionally, I worked at a school where I organized a range of activities for students, including lunchtime diversions like bingo and board games, coordinated the Halloween program, and oversaw the 'Fillactive' event. I also served as a receptionist for nearly a year, where my responsibilities included greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

I have been studying leisure and event management for over 2 years now. During this time, I have acquired various skills and knowledge including how to animate groups of people, brainstorm for innovative and original ideas, understand the psychology of different age groups to better serve clientele, communicate effectively, organize meetings and activities, utilize IT tools, observe clientele, analyze leisure trends, develop activities, manage material resources, recruit human resources, promote events, handle event budgets, and collaborate with diverse clienteles.
