I’m a passionate and detail-oriented Data & Business Analyst with a postgraduate certificate in Analytics for Business Decision Making from George Brown College. My journey into analytics started after completing my undergraduate degree in Textile Design and Technology. When I had the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative at Ghana Commercial Bank, I discovered how much I enjoyed working with numbers, identifying patterns, and solving operational challenges. That experience ignited my interest in analytics and inspired me to pursue it professionally.

I now bring a blend of analytical expertise and business understanding, with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and R. I specialize in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through data visualization, dashboard development, trend analysis, and performance reporting. My customer-facing background also strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills — all essential for both Data Analyst and Business Analyst roles.
