I am currently employed as a Process EIT in Edmonton and am looking for further growth opportunities in the field of chemical engineering. 

I am currently working as a Process EIT at Capital Engineering, where I have had the opportunity to utilize simulation softwares like HYSYS and AFT Fathom to develop solutions and establish critical process parameters. In this capacity, I have delved into PSV sizing studies, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as API 520 and API 521. Moreover, I have conducted meticulous hydraulic calculations to evaluate system feasibility and provide vital sizing requirements. This has enabled me to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, even amidst changing project priorities, all while staying within budget constraints. Additionally, I have revised deliverables like P&IDs and datasheets, thus enhancing my documentation proficiency.

 As a Project Assistant for the Energy and Climate Action office of University of Alberta, I collaborated with a team of experts to evaluate the adaptive capacity of campus infrastructure to climate change. I developed strategies to increase climate resilience and identified pertinent risks per the PIEVC protocol and ASHRAE design conditions. This involved analysing weather patterns, climate hazards, and proposing adaptation measures like green roofs and rainwater harvesting. 

During my internship at Comprehensive Holdings LTD, I explored pipeline design and installations. This introduced me to ASHARE standard 90.1, aimed at optimizing building energy efficiency by reducing heat transfer in pipes, ducts, and equipment through thicker insulation and improved fan and pump efficiencies. As a result, this helped nurture my strong work ethic and sharpen my overall problem-solving capabilities.
