Experience

I am a dedicated Law Clerk and Legal Assistant with broad experience across personal injury, accident benefits (AB), civil litigation, family law, and contract matters. I have supported lawyers through every phase of litigation, including LAT hearings, discoveries, mediations, and trial preparation, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely file progression. My experience includes drafting a variety of legal documents such as motion records, affidavits, separation agreements, pre-trial memos, pleadings, and cost outlines, all in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure, Family Law Rules, and LAT/FSCO requirements.

I am proficient with a wide range of legal tools and platforms, including ACL, Primafact, Kofax, PC Law, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office 365, OneKey Ontario Portal, CaseLines, and matterMANAGER, and I am confident working in paperless and hybrid legal environments. Recognized for my strong organization, reliability, and client-centered communication, I consistently bring a proactive and detail-driven approach to high-volume legal practices.

Education

I have completed a five-year integrated BBA LL.B program, giving me a solid foundation in legal theory, contracts, torts, and statutory interpretation, as well as a business-oriented perspective that complements my legal practice.I have also completed an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Diploma in Toronto, which enhanced my understanding of conflict resolution, mediation strategies, and negotiation techniques skills that I apply effectively in personal injury, family, and contract law matters.
