I have over a decade of experience as an educator, facilitator, and learning specialist, with a career rooted in helping people grow. I spent 10 years teaching, mentoring, and supporting diverse learners, building strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and relationship-centred leadership.

I then transitioned into corporate Learning & Development, where you’ve worked for the past 3+ years as a Senior Advisor at BDC. In this role, I design and deliver learning programs, advise leaders and teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to strategic L&D initiatives. 

Across both education and corporate environments, I am known for my empathy, strong facilitation skills, mentorship approach, and ability to create supportive, engaging learning experiences. I value purposeful work, inclusion, collaboration, and personal growth, and I am now exploring opportunities that deepen my leadership, expand my strategic impact, and align with my strengths in people development.
