I recently graduated from Carleton University's Master of Business Analytics program, where I gained a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modelling, and business strategy. 
Before my graduate studies, I worked as a product analyst at CreditEase, where I honed my skills in internet product design and analysis. This experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between technology and finance and fueled my interest in leveraging data-driven insights to create innovative solutions.

• Led cross-functional teams to design and implement the innovative CreditEase Wallet system, decreasing customer loss by 30% and generating considerable additional revenue

• Led developers to cooperate with outside partners Jincheng Bank and digital financial markets, translating business requirements into a scalable open banking system, which contributed to Jincheng Bank's X million debit users and X billion deposit scale

• Developed a data analysis dashboard for our Payment and Settlement Department to monitor and learn multiple dimensions of statistical data on payment and customer

• Researched market opportunities and defined customer segmentation and value proposition, as well as licensing, consent and marketing
