About Frank Ngu:

My name is Frank Ngu and i am 21 years old who just acquired a college degree in Software Engineering and also Certified in Comptia Security +. I have other minor certifications from comptia and IBM included in my resume and i am about to take the Comptia Network+ cetification. I have some experience in tech support and programming which had to do with intership and also a side job. 

Experience

I have internship experience from back home which had to do with Web development and security under; PEFSCOM and Tech Republic company. I have present experience from Concentrix which i work as an IT support personnel which has to do with Diagnostics and Technical support on mobile applications and vehicle issues. As an aside, i do all my position both in English and French as I am Bilingual

Education

I have a college degree in Software Engineering which was obtained in Cameroon, Higher Institute of Management Sciences, in 2022. I also have obtained a Comptia Security+ certification and is in the process of obtaining a Comptia Network+ certification. I hold other minor certifications from both IBM and Comptia
