- Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards of clients, coworkers and organization documents.
● Providing support, reminding and assisting clients to take their medication.

Duties
- Administering wellness checks of clients
- Conducting bed checks and compiling failure to return (FTR) lists
- Conducting Covid-19 screening of clients before intake
- Serving meals to clients.
- Maintaining Hostel Standards and adherence to set policies
● Attending to detail in order to sense potential dangers at the residence by studying
changes in any patterns and being responsive and proactive to de-escalate any harm.
- Working with elderly clients and providing one-on -one care
- Documenting and recording daily care reports which include resident incident reports, medication and restraints monitoring
- Receiving donations and completing proper donation forms
- Conducting client’s intake by completing the necessary paperwork and uploading into SMIS.
- Explaining the rules and regulations of the shelter.
