I am a student currently finishing up my second year at the Toronto Metropolitan School of Urban and Regional Planning, minoring in Real Estate Management. I am currently looking for an Internship position for the summer of 2023.  

Eastrose Homes - Intern

Assisting Development and Construction Manager 

● Assisted with researching existing zoning by-laws.

 ● Attended in-person stakeholder meetings with individuals and groups of neighbours to listen to and document their concerns so that they could be addressed in upcoming development application submissions. 

● Assisted when required with various onsite labouring tasks, including small equipment operation (skid steer) and completing repairs. 

Social Media and Technology Management 

● Developed and executed the company’s social media strategy, including several marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, & Facebook). 

● Set up office workstations, including the organization and activation of multiple computers and necessary peripherals (mouse, keyboards, etc.), and maintained, installed, and configured appropriate software and functions according to business requirements.

 Administrative Assistant and Data Entry 

● Efficiently fulfilled administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, and processing general documents using Microsoft Office.

I am a student in my second working towards a bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a minor in Real Estate Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
