 • Define appropriate program/project governance and engage/motivate project teams

 • Mobilize cross-functional teams (>20 team members) and establish the appropriate project organization 

• Develop the complex and strategic project plan (scope, timeline, budget, stakeholders, etc.) and ensure adherence to the established process – overseeing projects ranging from $500k to $25M over 12 to 48 months 

• Plan, facilitate, and report on various project committees (project, governance, management, etc.) 

• Provide strategic guidance and support in decision-making related to program changes 

• Ensure clear, effective, timely, and audience-appropriate communication from the project team to Vice Presidents overseeing the projects
