I completed my Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification at Sheridan College, where I gained hands‑on training in long‑term care, palliative support, community care, and dementia care. My education emphasised resident-centred practice, safe mobility techniques, infection prevention and control, communication skills, and ethical caregiving.

During my clinical placements, I supported residents in both LTC and community settings, applying classroom knowledge to real‑world care with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
