• Handling the Job of Renting various construction equipment’s 
• Performing the job of selling maintenance and repair services to the prospective Clients
• Answering customer inquiries about equipment rental solutions and availability
• Handling the task of Inspection & testing of Equipment’s at workshop and customer work sites
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Meeting the customers , giving product technical presentations, presenting customer quotations and closing sales

• Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies ,or service applications
• Managing Customer complaints and accordingly,  make schedule of technicians to perform service work
• Process & Review Job cards daily in a timely manner , Coordinate with technicians and give feedback to customers
• Proficiency in fleet management system and order necessary spare parts for equipment’s to achieve the zero-breakdown approach
• Maintain the statistical performance record of Equipment’s to evaluate their performance on every month
• Ensure that all equipment’s to meet compliance requirements & Safety standard of Qatar gas at Ras laffan Oil & Gas Project

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with score 72.27%
