I'm a highly skilled and experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, I have strong writing and researching skills which I have developed as a self-published author and a content writer.

My leadership experience includes being the CEO of Creative Content Solutions, Founder of NGO Life-Learners Canada and former Chair of Parent School Support Committee for McAdam Avenue Elementary School for six years.

As a side project, I'm currently the founder and president of Life-Learners Canada where I am responsible for network and relationship building, progressive learning research, development, with the use of implementation science assessment method.

I've also served as the Chief Executive Officer (Owner) of Creative Content Services where I was responsible for managing a team, handling day to day business, managing finances/bookkeeping, operational oversight, client meetings, web design/marketing, creating, and managing B2B partnership with multiple companies across Canada.

Through the years I've had various technical support roles including Technical Support Specialist at Xplor Communications Inc and SkillSoft. My experience also includes Customer Service Agent at Avis Rent a Car and helpdesk agent at NB Power.
