Job Experience: ➢ DCS technician, responsible for administration, management and maintenance of Industrial Control Safety System (ICSS). Experienced on Daniel Metering Studio (DMS+) crude oil custody transfer system administration.

Job Description: Re-commissioning of GE LM2500+ driven Main Power Generation System (MARK V), including three (3) units Auxiliary Generator with corresponding instruments. Recalibration and re-configuration of all SMART instruments such as flow, level, pressure and temperature including pneumatic valves, positioners, local gauges and indicators. Testing and troubleshooting of instruments covered by Air Compressor System, Sea Water Intake, Ballast Tank and Tank level Measurement, non-intrusive (nucleonic) level measurement, oil metering and custody transfer, oil separation, gas compression and injection, water treatment and injection and fire & gas detection/suppression systems. Administration and troubleshooting of Cameron subsea control system, NAPA ship computer based stability/safety system, packaged units PLCs, Foxboro IA and Triconex Tristation, Integrated control & safety system (ICSS) network including the Plant State Suite (PSS) alarm management server (AMS), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Proficient in the use of Industrial Proprietary Plant Enterprise System (IPES) for maintenance processing/documentation.
