I’m a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), perfectionism, low self-esteem, and different forms of anxiety. I completed my clinical instruction through the MSc Psychotherapy program at McMaster University and trained at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital—one of Canada’s leading centres for evidence-based anxiety treatment. My approach is grounded in structured, research-backed methods for treating OCD, PTSD, and anxiety-related conditions such as social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and specific phobias.
