Glenn Johnson

I am a results-driven professional with a Bachelor of Management Studies and pursuing post-graduate certificate in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics. I have experience in various roles, including Marketing Executive, Trainee Quality Analyst, and Sales and Marketing Associate as a summer intern. I have honed my skills in SEO, SMO, SEM, email marketing, customer relationship management, lead generation, and customer retention. I excel at content development for advertisements and editing transcripts for accuracy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and also completed Digital Marketing and Business Analytics courses. In my free time, I enjoy hobbies like drama, football, music, reading, and video games.

I worked as a Marketing Executive at Craftiwitty from March 2021 to October 2022, I marketed and sold personalized photo albums, handcrafted jewellery, personalized wedding cards, and personalized birthday cards. I developed content for advertisements and generated leads through cold calling and email marketing. I also contributed to business development through reference sales. Previous to working at Craftiwitty, I wwas employed as a Trainee Quality Analyst at Real Team Systems from October 2019 to November 2020, I edited transcripts relating to diverse sectors such as medical, automobile, entertainment, energy and power, fisheries, etc. I checked for numerical and grammatical errors, as well as audio quality, and submitted transcripts directly to clients. 

I am currently pursuing a post-graduate certificate program in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics from Confederation College, Thunder Bay, ON. I have done my Bachelors in Management, speciallizing in marketing from India in 2018.
