I am an accomplished Microsoft Certified Professional with more than 25 years of experience in complex software development initiatives with cross functional and geographically dispersed teams. I have extensive experience in software build projects as a developer, analyst and team lead and with a focus on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and Dynamics 365 online platforms. I have been the CRM architect on over 30 Customer Relationship Management projects on the Microsoft Dynamics platform with a total budget exceeding $10 Million and have spent over 15,000-man hours in the last 15+ years hands-on in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. My experience spans many industry verticals including: Higher Education, Non-profits, Oil and Gas, Construction, Forestry, Automotive, Inventory SCM and Software companies (help desks).

I was the technical leader on a CRM solution for the education sector that has been chosen as the Solution of the Year 2013 by Microsoft USA and Microsoft Canada and nominated for the President’s Award from Simon Fraser University for the application most improving student life.

My experience spans the planning, installation, deployment, configuration, customization, support and enhancement of the D365 CE platform. I also have extensive experience integrating portals to the CRM environment. I am familiar with custom Microsoft .NET based portals and the D365 Power Platform.
